At Fabricrafts, we are excited to get your supplies to you so you can start creating! Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during holiday sales or new collection launches), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Notification: If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders with a subtotal of Rs. 5000 or more (after discounts and before taxes).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
- All international shipping is in actuals.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the following countries: USA, UK, Middle East
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Fabricrafts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us because duties were not paid, we will refund the cost of the products minus the shipping charges.
5. Damages and Issues

Damaged in Transit: Fabricrafts is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Fabricrafts is not responsible for packages stolen from your property after delivery.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Fabricrafts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
